Synopsis:

The Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department is looking for Jose Luis Robles-Panjora, Jr., who is wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on November 13th, 2011 at 4:20pm. The Robles-Panjora and an accomplice posed as an undercover Detectives to motorists that were stopped along the roadway, at Route 222 and Long Lane, in Maxatawny Township. The suspect(s) displayed handguns and robbed the victims of a wallet and personal items.

Jose Luis Robles-Panjora, Jr., is wanted for questioning in regards to this incident.  Robles-Panjora currently has additional outstanding warrants for issues unrelated to this robbery. Robles-Panjora is describes as a Hispanic male, 26 years of age, weighing about 170 lbs, having long black hair and a tattoo of “Original Gangsta” on his right shoulder.

Suspect #1 –  Black/Male, Dark Complexion, 6’2” - Thin Build, 18-22 years of age, having shoulder length dreadlocks and wearing a black hoodie and coat along with a beanie cap.

Suspect #2 - Black/Male, Lt. Complexion, 5’10” – 6’0” - Thin Build, 18-22 years of age, short haircut with stubble facial hair on his chin and wearing a grey hoodie.

Suspect #3- Black/Male, Dark Complexion, 6’3” – Thin Build, 18-22 years of age, grey or Light colored hoodie.

All in the area of the Buttonwood Street bridge.

Synopsis:

The West Reading Borough Police Department and Reading Police Department are investigating a rash of three robberies that had taken place on December 4th, 2011 around 10:00pm, all were in the area of the Buttonwood Street bridge. The victims were robbed at gunpoint of personal property and also assaulted. All the victims were treated at Reading Hospital.

The Wyomissing Borough Police Department is investigating a Theft that occurred at HobbyTown USA, which is located at 1153 Berkshire Blvd., Wyomissing. The theft happened on Thursday, October 27th, 2011 at about 3:00pm. The actors took three (3) remote controlled vehicles, which have a substantial value. There were two actors, the first of which is described as wearing a green t-shirt, jeans and short black hair with no apparent facial hair.  The second actor is described as male, wearing a bandana "do-rag" on his head, wearing a necklace, blue/purple sleeveless t-shirt and dark colored jeans with no apparent facial hair.  Both actors appeared as though they were in their late teens / early twenties.

Synopsis:

The Wyomissing Borough Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that took place on Nov. 24th, 2011, at approximately 2:20am. The location of the shooting incident was the parking lot of Rumorz Night Club, 220 Park Road North, Wyomissing Borough.  The gunman had fired shots into a crowd of people and struck a 24 year old male, from Reading. The male victim was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg,  at Reading Hospital.

The first actor was described as being about  5’6” tall with a heavy build, wearing a bandana over his face and a dark color hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a NY Yankees Hat.  The second actor was described as being a 5’6” tall with a thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt over his head, blue jeans.

The Central Berks Regional Police Department is investigating an ARMED ROBBERY that occurred at the Turkey Hill Store, 3057 St. Lawrence Ave. within St. Lawrence Borough. The robbery occurred on October 21st, 2011 at approximately 3:00am.  Two Hispanic males entered the store displayed a handgun and demanded money.  The first actor was described as being about  5’6” tall with a heavy build, wearing a bandana over his face and a dark color hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a NY Yankees Hat.  The second actor was described as being a 5’6” tall with a thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt over his head, blue jeans.

The Burglary occurred sometime between 1:30am and 7:30am on Monday, October 31st, 2011. The actor(s) forced their way in the building. After forcing their way in to the building the actor(s) made off with numerous handguns.

Synopsis:

The following Berks County police agencies are investigating numerous theft from vehicle incidents that have occurred over the last four (4) weeks. Exeter Township, Wyomissing Borough, Muhlenberg Township, Spring Township, Central Berks, Northern Berks, Oley Township, Robeson Township,  and City of Reading.

The suspects are breaking windows to enter vehicles to remove purses, wallets, laptop computers, IPODS, IPADS, change and stereo equipment. In many cases the purses and wallets contained credit cards that are being used by the suspects at various retail locations throughout Berks County and neighboring counties.

There are multiple vehicles and persons involved at this point.  Theft from vehicle at the Van Reed Inn, within Bern Township and a theft from vehicle at the Daniel Boone Homestead, within Exeter Township appear to have the same suspect vehicle and same male suspect….see vehicle below driving in background..

                             

The vehicle may be a Pontiac product with 5 spoke wheels, a rear spoiler with a brake light in the center of the spoiler. The male suspect, thin build, dark receding hair, is wearing wire rim glasses in both incidents.

Another incident occurred at the Exeter Applebee’s, where a Purse and IPAD were stolen. The vehicle’s credit card from this incident was used at the Wawa on rt. 100 in North Coventry Township. The suspect vehicle appears to be a dark colored SUV.  The passenger entered the store and purchased items with cash. See below.

This next theft occurred at Nino’s, Richards Street, Reading ½ a block off 5th Street Hwy. No broken widow, because the vehicle left the car window open and door unlocked. Suspect driver is a stocky blonde white female and the male appears to be a thin build, black male with balding hair. The suspect vehicle is a silver Mitsubishi. In the depicted photo the red car is the victim car, the male is between the vehicles and the female is at the driver’s door of the silver vehicle

Once inside the actor(s) ransacked the business and took an undetermined amount of cash.

The Birdsboro Borough Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 500 block of E. 6th Street, within the Borough. The burglary happened on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 between 0730 and 1630 hours.  The actor(s) initially entered the attached garage of the residence, however entry could not be gained into the residence. The actor(s) then gained entry into the residence from the rear of the home. Televisions, computers and other electronics were taken from the home.

The Wyomissing Borough Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Thursday, October 06, 2011, at approximately 1645 hours at the National Penn Bank located at  the intersection of Ridgewood Road and Berkshire Blvd. in Wyomissing Borough.  The black male suspect took an undetermined amount of cash from the bank and fled the bank using a small to mid-sized white colored vehicle. Suspect is described as a black male, 5’6 to 5’11, medium build, wearing a black “GO ARMY” baseball cap, a black North Face coat, sunglasses, and a white checkered button down shirt.

Investigation of this incident indicates that this is the same suspect that committed the robbery of the Redner’s Quick Shop on Rt. 222  in Maidencreek Township, which occurred the same date at about 6:25am. The Northern Berks Regional Police is investigating a robbery of Redner’s Quick Shop on Rt. 222 in Maidencreek Township.  The robbery occurred on Friday September 23, 2011 at 0625 hrs.  The actor was described as being approximately 6’ 2” and 250 pounds and was wearing dark pants with white stripes on the legs, black and white sneakers, a dark sweatshirt with a “GAP ATHLETIC” insignia on the front of the sweatshirt.

The actor was described as a tall Hispanic male, with a “buzzed” haircut and may have been operating a cherry red in color jeep.

Synopsis:

The Pennsylvania State Police is investigating four residential burglaries that occurred in Alsace Township between Sunday, May 1st, 2011 and Thursday, June 23, 2011.  All four residences were listed "For Sale."  The homes that were broken into, were located on the following roads of Alsace Township; 2000 Block of Friedensburg Road; 2000 Block Mt. Laurel Road; 3000 Block Pricetown Road.  During these burglaries the suspects took refrigerators, ovens, stove tops, microwaves, a gas washer and dryer, a propane tank, a pressure washer, a gas powered blower, a paint sprayer, a large amount of silver coins, two handguns and four long guns.  Also taken was a 10' aluminum boat.  Anyone with information is asked to call or e-mail Crime Alert Berks County.

There are multiple Police Agencies in Berks County, Chester County, Lancaster County and Montgomery Count. The Berks County agencies of Exeter Township, Caernarvon Township, Robeson Township, Amity Township and Birdsboro Borough are investigating numerous commercial burglaries that occurred between Wednesday, August 17th, 2011, 6:00pm and Thursday, August 18th, 2011, 9:00am. Once inside the businesses, the actor(s) took small items.  

The following businesses were broken into:

Sunset Diner, Berks Beer Mart, Morgantown Beverage, Gray Buck Gardens, Birdsboro Pharmacy, Maple Springs Deli, Lubrano’s Pizza.

Synopsis:

The West Reading Borough Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at the Berkshire Bank branch, located at 555 Penn Ave. West Reading. The robbery happened about 3:40pm on Thursday, July 28th, 2011. The robber was described as a white middle aged male, 5’ 7” to 5’ 9” tall, about 175 lbs, with salt and pepper hair with slight facial hair.  The robber displayed a gun and made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

Synopsis:

The Cumru Township police Department is investigating a Home Invasion Robbery that occurred in the 200 block of Mansion Drive, within the Governor Mifflin Apartment Complex. The robbery happened on July 8th, 2011 at about 11:40am. The actors were described as  two Hispanic males wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts, masks and gloves. A gun was used during the robbery by the actors. One actor was described as being about 5” 9” tall with a light skin tone, while the second actor was described as being about 5’ 1” tall, with a dark skin tone. A safe was taken by the actors during the robbery.

The incident occurred on March 26th and March 27th, 2011. The individuals depicted in the photographs were involved. The Wyomissing Borough Police Department is trying to identify the individuals involved.

The burglary occurred at the Sunoco, 4563 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring, Pa. The actor(s) gained entry into the business by smashing a glass window. Once inside the actor(s) stole numerous cartons of cigarettes.

Synopsis:

The Central Berks Regional Police Department is investigating a Robbery that took place at the Turkey Hill, 3057 St. Lawrence Ave., St. Lawrence Borough on April 27th, 2001, 10:30 pm.

The Reading Bureau Police department is investigating two robberies, both occurred on May 2nd, 2001.  The 1st of which took place at 10:40pm. This robbery occurred at the Turkey Hill, 2001 Kutztown Road,. The 2nd took place at 10:50pm. The second robbery occurred at the Turkey Hill, 425 N. 13th Street, Reading.

In all three robberies the suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 5’7” to 5’9” tall, weighing about 180 lbs, with a beard and possibly has tattoos on both forearms.

The Wyomissing Police Dept is investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday March 22, 2011 at about 8:30pm at the Olive Garden Restaurant, 1700 Crossing Drive, Wyomissing. The female victim, who was an employee of the Olive Garden, had finished her shift and was walking to her vehicle. As the victim walked to her a W/M, who was believed to be sitting on a bench at the Olive Garden, began following her as she walked to her vehicle. As the victim approached her vehicle the actor robbed the victim of her wallet . The robber was described as a white male 35 to 38 years old, approx. 5’6” tall and about 175 lbs., wearing black coat.

The Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of 2002 Ford F250 pickup truck. The truck is described as being two-tone, Blue over Silver and displaying a Pennsylvania registration of YNA-7369, which may no longer be displayed on the vehicle. The theft occurred between March 29th, 2011, 9:00pm and March 30th, 2011 6:00am. The location of the theft was the 15000 block of Kutztown, Road, Maxatawny Township. The stolen vehicle may also have a broken passenger side window.

The Spring Township Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred on  Monday, January 24, 2011 at approximately 9:30 am in the 400 block of Arrowhead Trail.  A witness saw a male, possibly in his 20s-30s, approx. 5’10” tall, thin build, wearing what is believed to be a black and white hooded sweatshirt in the area of the residence.  It is believed the male fled from the area towards Old Fritztown Rd. at Daniel Drive.  There is the possibility a second individual was with the male. 

Anyone who may have been traveling along Old Fritztown Rd., Daniel Drive, or Arrowhead Trail  between 9:00 am to 9:45 am on Monday, January 24, 2011 who may have seen an individual or individuals on foot is asked to contact the Spring Township Police Department at 610-678-3431 or Crime Alert.

The Central Berks Police Department is investigating two (2) similar burglaries that occurred on during daylight hours.  The first of which occurred on December 9, 2010, in the 100 block of Emerald Avenue, Lower Alsace, between 11:00am and 4:00pm. The suspect(s) gained entry into the home by way of an unlocked door. Once inside the home the suspect(s) rummaged through the residence and took Jewelry, cash and electronics.  The second burglary occurred on January 20, 2011, in the 2600 block of Hill Road, Lower Alsace, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. The suspect(s) gained entry into the home by way of an unlocked door. Synopsis:

The Caernarvon Township Police Department is investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred on Sunday, January 9, 2011 around 3:30 P.M. at the Dollar Tree Store located at 220 Crossings Blvd., Elverson, PA.  The suspect had been shopping in the store and approached the cashier to make his purchase.  When the suspect handed his money over to the victim she observed that he had his genitals exposed to her.  The suspect is described as a white male in his 30’s, about 5’7”, with long strawberry blonde hair and a full beard, with light colored eyes.  The suspect was wearing a dark colored knit winter hat, dark green collared fleece zip up jacket and dark brown cargo pants.
