Suspect:

1.) Thin build, medium height, wearing a green Halloween mask, black zipper style hooded sweatshirt with light colored lettering on the front, and black sweatpants. Subject pointed a black handgun at victims. 

2.) Similar height and build, wearing black sweatshirt, dark pants, and black ski mask, also carrying a black handgun.

Synopsis:

The Boyertown Police Department is investigating an armed robbery which occurred in a  garage behind 720 E. Philadelphia Avenue in the Borough on November 23rd, 2008 at about 8:30 PM. Three victims were in the garage and answered a knock at the door. Two subjects with handguns drawn and wearing masks forced their way in, pointed their guns at the victims, and demanded cash. An altercation occurred and one of the victims was struck in the face with one of the actors’ guns.  Actors obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and then fled on foot. One victim was later treated at Pottstown Hospital ER for facial injuries.  Police believe these victims were specifically targeted, that this was not a random act, and that there is not an increased threat to the public at large.

Synopsis:

Synopsis:

AT APPROXIMATELY 8:45 PM, AS THE OWNERS CLOSED THE MINI MARKET FOR THE DAY, THEY WALKED ACROSS THE STORE PARKING LOT TO THEIR VEHICLE.  UPON GETTING TO THEIR VEHICLE, A POSSIBLY BLACK MALE 5’8”, 185 POUNDS, DRESSED IN A BLACK JACKET, BLACK MASK AND BLACK GLOVES CAME FROM THE AREA OF THE MAIN STREET/EAST AVENUE INTERSECTION, DISPLAYED A SMALL BLACK HAND GUN AND POINTED IT THE VICTIMS STATING GIVE ME ALL THE  MONEY.  THE VICTIMS TURNED OVER CASH AND THE ACTOR THEN FLED SOUTH ON EAST AVE TO WHERE A VEHICLE, DARK IN COLOR WAS WAITING AT EAST AVENUE AND CLEVELAND STREET.  THE VEHICLE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE HEADED TO ROUTE #183.

Synopsis:

On Thursday, October 30, 2008 at approximately 3:10 AM the Spring Township Police Department was notified by a resident in the 400 block of Dorchester Avenue that the tires to his vehicle had been slashed.  The Spring Township Police Department observed numerous vehicles in the Lincoln Park area of the Township with their tires slashed.  The Spring Township Police Department and the Cumru Township Police Department have approximately 200 victims with the majority of the victims having all four tires slashed on their vehicles.   The victims’ vehicles were parked along the streets or in their driveways at the time of the vandalisms.  It is believed the vandalisms occurred between Wednesday, October 29th at 11:00 PM to Thursday, October 30th at 3:00 AM.

Light skinned white or Hispanic male, approx. 5’10, 180 pounds, blue eyes, short hair, medium build. Clean shaved.  Subject was wearing a navy blue/black hooded jacket with a white liner under the hood. Florescent green T-Shirt, blue jeans, and a Phillies Cap with P logo in front, maroon in color, possible Retro 80’s look.

Synopsis:

On the above date and time a light skin Hispanic or white male entered the Sovereign Bank located at Kings Plaza in Oley Township. The subject held up a note to the teller asking for money. The subject fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. The subject was last seen running east towards Main St.  The subject may have gotten into a newer model, black, Lincoln Continental type vehicle. The vehicle has chrome rims and tinted windows. Possibly has a small white sticker on the top left windshield.

Synopsis:

The Boyertown Police Department is investigating a hit & run accident which occurred Saturday 10/18/08 at about 2200 hours in which an 8 year old boy's foot was run over by a car and seriously broken.  This occurred after the Boyertown Halloween Parade, in the 500 Block of Birch Alley.  The child fell in the alley, and the vehicle came by and ran over the child's foot, causing the injury. The driver of the vehicle did not stop, but is believed to have known the incident occurred.  The vehicle was described as a light colored four door car with a male driver, no further information available at this time.  The child required hospitalization and surgery due to the substantial injuries to his foot.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 1147 hours, a white or light skin Hispanic male entered the Fulton Bank at 2677 Shillington Road in Spring Township.  The male suspect did not display a weapon during the robbery. He is described as being, 5’8” to 5’10” tall, 150 to 180 pounds, medium build, brown short hair, with brown eyes. The male suspect was wearing a black zip front hooded sweatshirt, black skater style pants, no socks, white high top sneakers, and blue gray knit cap.  It is unknown at this time if a vehicle was used in this robbery.

On October 17, 2008, at about 0345 hrs unknown actors shot out approximately 12 vehicle windows with a BB gun type device.  One of the victims reported that she was woken by loud noise.  When she looked out the window she saw a couple of males near a vehicle.  Witness stated that they sped off in a green vehicle.

Synopsis:

On Sunday September 14, 2008, at 0727 hours, South Heidelberg Township Police Department was dispatched to the Wendy’s Restaurant 4820 Penn Avenue, for a robbery in progress.
The Victim, a Wendy’s Restaurant employee, stated that sometime between 0700 and 0720 hours he was outside in the rear of the restaurant when he was approached by two (2) Hispanic male subjects, both subjects were approximately 5'10" tall, early to mid 20's. One of the subjects had braided hair and the other had an "Afro" style hair and that both subjects were wearing bandanas mask over their face.  The subject with the braided hair asked the Victim if he had any money?  When he replied; "No" the Victim stated the subjects became "pushy." So, he pulled out his wallet and held it in his hand.  The subject with the braided hair then grabbed the wallet out of the Victims hand and both subjects then fled down the embankment towards Penn Avenue.  The Victim did not see if the actors entered a vehicle,  nor did he see what direction they went after running over the embankment.
An investigation revealed that the actors along with a third male subject had been in the Redners Warehouse Market (near the Wendy’s) just prior to the robbery.  A Redner’s employee, stated that she observed the subjects leave the store and got into a silver in color Volkswagen Jetta four (4) door sedan.  The employee said that the operator of the of vehicle appeared to be a white male in his early to mid 20's with short brown hair (crew cut).

The suspects were described as one white male and two black males.  The white male is approximately 6’2’’ with a very large build.  He was wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt and white pants with a single strip down the leg.  He had on dark colored shoes and had a camo colored bandana covering his face.  The first black male is approximately 5’6’’ with a stocky build.  He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.  He had on light colored shoes and had a bandana although it was NOT covering his face (see photographs).  The second black male is approximately 6’ with a large build.  He too was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and had a bandana covering his face. All three males had their hoods pulled up over their heads.

Synopsis:

On September 6, 2008 at 1148 hours, officers from the Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department were dispatched for an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Fleetwood Bank located at 3 South Main Street in the Borough of Lyons, Berks County.  According to witnesses, three males entered the bank displaying hand guns and ordered the tellers to the ground.  The males then jumped over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money from the teller stations.  The actors then fled the scene in a white Honda Accord.  This vehicle was located, abandoned, a short time later in Maxatawny Township.  It was discovered that this vehicle had been reported stolen.

Sometime between 8:00 PM on 07-08-08 and 10:15 AM on 07-11-08 unknown persons entered the fenced in area around the Met Ed Substation on Poplar Neck Road in Cumru Township and cut numerous pieces of heavy gauge copper ground wire which had been attached to the electric transmission towers.  The plant is located on Poplar Neck Road at Rt. 422 .  The Thun Trail is directly adjacent to the Met Ed property.

The Exeter Township Police Department is investigating a residential burglary, that had occurred at the Randall Gross residence, 60 Stephanie Court, Exeter Township. The burglary was committed between Wednesday, July 16th and Sunday, July 20th, 2008. Electronics and jewelry were taken in the burglary. Along with the items taken the actor(s) caused damage to the home in excess of $150,000.00. No signs of forced entry were found during the investigation.

The PA State Police is Investigating several day-time residential burglaries which are occurring in Alsace Township.  Suspect vehicle/ persons: a white Chrysler mini van with a dark stripe on the sides that was occupied by a white male and a black male. This vehicle was seen at the Burglaries on 07/28/08.  See Below information.

08/05/08 - 08/07/08:

62 Skyline Dr. Alsace Twp., Berks Co.  Entry through rear sliding door. Stolen Items: 40” Sony LCD TV, Collectible coins and US Currency 

2225 Mcknights Gap Rd., Alsace Twp., Berks Co.  Entry through kitchen window.  Unknown what was stolen at this point.  106 Basket Rd., Alsace Twp., Berks Co.  Entry by kicked in rear door. Sliding door also breached (pry mark)  Nothing taken .

08/04/08:

108 Heckman Rd., Alsace Twp., Berks Co.  Forced entry through front door.  Nothing stolen .

07/28/08:

155 Antietam Rd., Alsace Twp.  Entry through a window.  Items taken: 37 inch TV & a computer

On August 7, 2008 Bern Township Police received a call relative to an Assault and Robbery that occurred on the New Trail at Blue Marsh Lake.  The assault occurred around 8:30 PM on the trail.  The victim was walking the trail and he was hit in the head and when he was down he was kicked by the suspects.  He gave them his money and they took off north on the trail. There were two suspects. Unknown race.

Synopsis:

Tilden Township Police took a report on August 4, 2008 from an employee of Cracker Barrel, 21 Industrial Drive in the township. She reported that on August 3, 2008, while she was inside working between 0800 and 2100 hours, her vehicle, which was parked on the business lot, was broken into and her Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS Unit, was removed. Additionally, her purse was removed.

This incident is similar to a report to a previous incident on April 27, 2008, where customers at the same Cracker Barrel had their vehicle broken into the same way while they were inside eating during the day from 1545 to 1645 hours.  Their Garmin Nuvi 260 GPS unit, unknown serial, was removed as well.

15 rolls - Single or braided strand copper electric wire with various color coatings (red, green, blue, white, black, etc.) used for conduit runs.  Value is $300.00 per roll for a loss of $4500.00.

Synopsis:

Unknown actor(s) forced entry into the school building through a rear door that was boarded up with plywood.  (This building is under reconstruction.)  Once inside they broke into other cabinets and removed the copper wire.

Victim #1- Gennaro PALUMBO (Owner, Mancino’s Pizza)

Victim #2-Victor QUIROA, 46 of Mt. Aetna (Mancino’s Employee)

Victim #3- Jose Luis MORALES, 27 of Mt. Aetna (Mancino’s Employee)

Victim #4-Louis E. LUCIBELLO, 48 of Fair Lawn, NJ (Mancino’s Patron)—LUCIBELLO was shot in the back and is currently listed in serious condition at Hershey Medical Center

Synopsis:

On 07/23/08 at approximately 2120hrs, three dark skinned or black, hispanic males entered Mancino’s Pizza in Mt. Aetna.  One male was armed with a shotgun and another with a handgun.  The male with the shotgun and the un-armed male approached QUIROA and told him to give them the money.  MORALES was also behind the counter and was told to close his eyes and keep still.  The male armed with the handgun stood by near the door.  LUCIBELLO was seated just inside the door and, when he attempted to move from his seat, the male armed with a handgun shot LUCIBELLO in the back.

The suspects were able to take the cash register drawer containing approximately $900 in cash.  All three suspects fled south on Lancaster Ave. (SR501), on foot.  Witnesses report seeing the suspects getting into a dark colored sedan.  The sedan then fled southbound on Lancaster Ave. (SR501).

LUCIBELLO was transported to the hospital where he is being listed in serious condition.

Synopsis:

The Muhlenberg Twp. Police are investigating two armed robberies that occurred approx. 1 hour apart.

The first robbery took place at the Turkey Hill Market on Hampden Blvd. A black male entered the store wearing a black hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around his face. The suspect was also wearing blue jeans.  The suspect brandished a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash and Newport Cigarettes.  The suspect was described as approx. 25 to 35 years of age, with a mustache and goatee approx. 5’8” to 5’10” tall and approx. 170 lbs.  He fled the store on foot with an unknown amount of cash and a trash bag full of Newport Cigarettes.

The second robbery took place at the Turkey Hill Market on Kutztown Rd. at Madison Avenue in Hyde Park. A black male entered the store wearing a black hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around his face. He was also wearing blue jeans.  He demanded cash and Newport Cigarettes.  He was also described similarly to the above suspect.  He also fled the store on foot with cash and two bags full of Newport Cigarettes.  He was followed by a witness and was seen getting into a car in the Hyde Park area.  The car was described as a small red car.

A review if the video tape by the police indicates that the same suspect committed both above listed armed robberies.

The Muhlenberg Twp. Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the Fleetwood Bank located at 4445 Kutztown Rd. in Temple, PA.  The suspect entered the bank and demanded money from the three bank tellers working behind the counter.  He was described as follows: White male approx. 5’10” to 6’ tall wearing a light colored long sleeve shirt, black pants and black boots. He appeared to have a black shirt or veil over his head and he was also wearing sunglasses.  The suspect was observed removing the head covering when exiting the bank revealing a shaved head.  He was last seen running north bound through the alleyway in the rear of the bank towards Hay Rd.

PD is investigating a Bank Robbery that occurred on this date June 4, 2008 at approx. 1405 hrs. at the Fleetwood Bank 4445 Kutztown Rd. in Temple, PA.  A white male approx. 6’ tall in his early 20’s possibly with blue eyes and reddish colored hair entered the bank.  He was wearing a dark (possibly blue) hooded shirt with dark pants and a red bandana with a white design. He was last seen heading on foot to the rear of the bank heading north towards Hay Rd.

Synopsis:

The Muhlenberg Twp. Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Frank Gill Insurance Agency on the above date and time.  A medium skinned black or Hispanic male entered the agency and displayed a large silver colored handgun with black grips.  The suspect demanded money from the two agency clerks and fled on foot after getting an undetermined amount of money.  The suspect was approx. 6’ tall weighing approx. 180 lbs and he was in his 30’s, he was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up and possibly a light yellow shirt underneath. He had a mustache and goatee with additional facial hair growth.  The suspect was last seen running down the alley south bound towards Madison Avenue.

Synopsis:

On Sunday, May 11, 2008 at 07:40 hours the Caernarvon Township Police Department responded to the Mountaineer Development section of the Township for a report of criminal mischief to a mailbox in the unit block of Mountaineer Blvd.   The responding Officer learned that unknown suspect (‘s) had placed what appeared to be a “homemade” explosive device in the mailbox.  The device which was made out of a plastic soda bottle which had liquid and tin foil in it.  When the substances were mixed it caused and explosion damaging the mailbox.   The Officer then checked and found an additional fourteen mailboxes damaged in the same manner on Mountaineer Blvd., Settlers Trail, Trappers Run and Rock Ridge Road’s.     At 11:29 hours the police responded to another damaged mailbox in the 4600 block of N. Twin Valley Road which had been damaged in the same manner.   Another mailbox was found to be damaged after police responded at 4:03 P.M. to the unit block of Hunters Hill Drive in the Highcroft Development for another damaged mailbox.  The victim in this case told the investigating Officer that he had heard explosion on Saturday night between 9 and 10 P.M.

On Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at approximately 9:00 PM, a hotel clerk at the Econo Lodge 635 Spring Street Wyomissing was approached by a dark skinned male wearing a ski mask and demanding money.  The subject retrieved cash from the register and fled the hotel.  The suspect was described as a black male, 5'3” to 5’ 8”, thin build, mustache, wearing a black ski mask and baggy dark sweatshirt.

Synopsis:

The Tulpehocken Township Police, in cooperation with the PA State Police, is asking for assistance with any information related to several suspicious barn fires in the Marion Township area over the past few months.  (Tulpehocken Twp PD provides coverage for Marion Twp).  Marion Township fire fighters, with the assistance of numerous fire companies in Berks and Lebanon Counties, were called to a barn fire on November 14, 2007 at 2:00 AM along School Road.  The barn was a total loss.  A volunteer fire fighter was injured while helping to extinguish this fire.

Companies were again called to a barn fire along Winterville Road at 12:30 AM on February 11, 2008.  This fire not only destroyed the barn, but also resulted in the deaths of many of the dairy cows in the barn.  Numerous fire companies suffered damaged fire apparatus and other equipment because of the extreme cold weather that morning.

Then on February 19, 2008, Tulpehocken Police were called to a farm along Route #419 in Marion Township as the farmer discovered what appeared to be an attempt to ignite hay and straw in the barn.

Synopsis:

The Cumru Township Police Department is investigating a robbery of the Sunoco A-Plus, located at 1547 Lancaster Ave. The Actor entered the Sunoco A-Plus at approximately 0408 hours in the morning and approached the store clerk. The Actor was carrying an electronic stun gun and activated the stun gun as he approached the clerk. The Actor demanded money and the Sunoco store clerk gave the Actor money from the cash register. The Actor fled the store and headed east toward Reading City.

Employees gave the male money from the teller drawers before he fled. The male was wearing a dark colored, hooded jacket, light colored jeans, black shoes. He was also wearing tan gloves and a black full face ski mask. Witnesses described him as having a medium to large build and a deep voice.

Sometime overnight between Thursday evening April 3, at about 6:00 PM and Friday morning April 4, at about 7 AM unknown actor(s) gained entrance through an unlocked garage door and entered a storage and utility building on the grounds of the aforementioned industrial facility near Airport Road.  Actor(s) proceeded to remove about eighty five hundred dollars worth of manufacturing equipment including three hydraulic lift motors, a crane lift chain assembly, a hydraulic motor break assembly, a concrete lift universal assembly, a large metal empty cable spool, numerous separate metal link pieces, and several sections of metal link chain which was presumably loaded into some type of vehicle and then hauled away.

Purses, cell phones, wallets, etc.

Synopsis:

The Cumru Township Police Dept. is currently investigating 5 burglaries that occurred during the overnight hours on the dates and at the locations referenced above.  The Actor(s) entered 2 of the residences via unlocked doors and 3 of the residences by force, while the residents were home asleep.  Specifically, in 2 incidents a large rock or cement block was thrown through a rear glass door to gain entry.  The Actor(s) took items easily observed from outside the residence and then gained entry to take those items.  Such as; purses, cell phones, wallets, etc.

Synopsis:

Residents were moving bedding from their home in anticipation of getting a new bed room set.  The Tennant set a mattress and box spring outside their townhouse and leaned them up against the side of the home.  Approximately ten minutes after putting the mattress and box spring outside, unknown persons set fire to the mattress and box spring.  The resulting fire caused approximately $ 100,000.00 damage to the complex.  Police are seeking any information that may lead to the actor(s) that started the fire. \
